Would you like to follow me along my weight loss journey?

http://www.jackieladner.itworks.netObesity is no laughing matter!

Hello my name is Jackie Ladner, today is June 14th, 2009, I have been on this weight loss journey for 37 years, I have been overweight practically since I was born, all the way through elementary school till early middle school and I struggled on and off through my teenage years losing and gaining, through several major events in my life, I gained a whole lot of weight, and had gastric bypass in 1999, I lost over 200 pounds, and kept it off for over a year or more, then I married the love of my life, we had a blissful 18 mos of marriage and he passed away, so turning again to food, emotional food, emotional baggage, my life was spinning out of control, and little by little I gained the weight back, I have tried many different venues to lose the weight only to give up and quitting. I am bound and determined to get to the root of why I eat, why I have gained so much weight, and to solve this addiction that I have been battling my whole life. I have to admit I am always skeptical about things that sound too good to be true. In most cases they are, but when a dear friend of mine ask me to try something that worked for her I am usually game to try it at least once. In this case it really DOES work.
What am I talking about? Losing inches in an hour that can be permanent if you can maintain it. This is not a “miracle” if you eat Big Macs and drink margaritas every day at happy hour you will gain it back, but if you can stay on a semi low cal/sodium diet and drink lots of water, you could maintain it. I have been looking at this program for a while now, and I want to feel better, and get rid of the "sick of being sick".. blues.. and "tired of being tired".. syndrome if you will...sometimes we just have to say, "enough is enough".. and finally do something about it once and for all... but there is no way I am screwing this up now.
So if you will, follow me, along my weight loss journey, I will be blogging for the next 6 mos, and release my measurments and weightloss, and photos then. Hope you follow along!
